1. Processing & Shipping Information
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.
We offer FREE Tracked Shipping on all orders within the United States.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Free Tracked Shipping: 5–10 business days from the date of shipment.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on carriers and external factors beyond our control.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
4. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
My Aura Vibes is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5. International Orders
Currently, we ship only within the United States.
International orders are not accepted at this time.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, is lost, or contains defective items, please contact us immediately at contact@myauravibes.com so we can assist you.
7. 🇺🇸 Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only to the continental United States (48 states).
At this time, we do not ship to:
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern, Mariana Islands, Military addresses (AA, AE, AP), U.S. Minor Outlying Islands
8. Returns & Replacements
Due to international logistics, we currently do not require physical returns for non-defective items. In such cases, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
